MOORAGH PARK, HARBOUR VIEW

Mooragh Park, contains Mooragh Lake.

This standing form the park road looking onto the inner harbour inlet

The park and lake have proved to be a great success for Ramsey, bringing visitors and tourists alike for canoeing, , birdwatching, skateboarding or just to relax for lunch in one of the 2 cafes. Events are still held here such as varied music festivals, youth cycling tours and of course Ramsey Sprint(motorbikes along the promenade) during the TT Road Races.

I still think your photos are amazing. I had a preconception of the Isle of Man before I saw your blog. Now I think it looks gorgeous.
Ciao for now

How lovely this is. The reflections are amazing. I've looked back over your photographs. Love the way you are showing us the Isle of Man and its beauty - and look forward to seeing more.

Do you see many Manx cats on the island? - I believe they originated on the I of M, didn't they?

Thanks for visiting on my first official day.

that is stunning, and i would not have thought of B&W for a landscape like this, but it works so well! Sometimes colour gets in the way of the wonderful form of a shot. I have enjoyed browsing through your past posts, they are cool, it must be great to live on the edge of a nature reserve!
