Skyhill Sunset - # Skywatch 83

Fiery


I'm going to keep this really, really short and sweet and just leave you with the image of a snow capped Skyhill under a fiery sunset. No waffling about life here on Toytown Island, mainly as I'm heading out later to hit the one horse town and actually get on with life so I can blog about it. Sure there is some logic in there, or a valid excuse to go for a drink. Back now after a gap of about a month. Caught the dreaded swine flu, which was rather annoying as I have not drunk with any swine for weeks! Ha Ha! I'm still doing humour though, this is not a travelogue.

    Sorry about the swine flu and particularly since you hadn't been foolin' around with any swines!!! You sound pretty much back to normal though -- well, as close as you and I ever get to that!! Gorgeous skies for the day and what a hell of a way to end any day! Fantastic! Get back to having fun and have a drink for me!!

    Gorgeous sky, was this taken in the IOM? The skies down our way are just grey right now!

    It was indeed taken in the IOM, Ramsey. I'm lucky enough to live here and that was the view looking from the promenade upto Skyhill about a month ago.

    Now, if you'd only been able to catch the flying pigs before they disappeared behind the snow-capped mountain ......... must use a higher shutter speed next time -:)
