Next time I do the TT I will tell you all about Homestay and how not to get ripped off during the event. Click here to see my sales and magazine photos of the TT from earlier posts.
Want to join ABC got the lovely hostess with the mostest, MRS NESBITT'S PLACE
encore une superbe photo de motos, j'adore, tu es vraiment douée.
ReplyDeleteanother superb photograph of motorbikes, I love, you are really gifted.
The Two-wheel Tourist Trap?? ;-)
ReplyDeleteA fun photo. Sorry to hear about your friend. I hope he can find something that will allow him to continue with his wonderful artwork. Sorry about your laptop too, I hope it feels better soon.
ReplyDeleteGreat photo of course! Isn't it amazing how low they can get without actually falling off?!
ReplyDeleteIt's so hard to capture something that moves so quickly. When we go to the races I end up with hundreds of photos with nothing in it because the cars have already driven out of the screen!
Wooooottt woooott! Great photo!
ReplyDeleteAnd I did told you once I was playing an arcade game like this!
Is that what TT stands for?! Wonderful photo.
ReplyDeleteSorry to read about yrou partner's job.
Wonderful facts about early races & machines! I love my 1973 BMW - older than other RIDERS I pass . . . .wheeeeeee!
ReplyDeleteAloha from Waikiki-
Yesssss! I love your post today:)
ReplyDeleteNice photo and information on the TT.
ReplyDeleteI hope something else turns up soon for Gary; he is a talented artist.
To stop action like you have in this photo is truly a gift.
ReplyDeleteThank you for the comment on my time, seasons, pond post, I do appreciate it very much. This is a wonderful photo and it made me remember years ago of a certain young woman who used to ride a little honda motorcycle until she hits some stones and took a spill. I believe she might still have a scar from picking the stones out of her legs. Nothing major, just enough to cure her of riding..LOL
ReplyDeleteNew Rambling Woods Site
Great photo capture, and perfect choice for the letter T.
ReplyDeleteI guess this is one of those silver lining moments - we get to see some great older photos.
ReplyDeleteBeing in a not dissimilar position (except my laptop's still working) here's wishing you all the best through the next bit of bumpyness.
Cheers!
Sunshine Coast Daily - Australia
must be so thrilling
ReplyDeleteExcellent ABC post and My world, too.
ReplyDeleteOh ! I 'd like to see this photo printed on your T-shirt!
ReplyDeleteI mean - what else could you post. Excellent.
ReplyDeleteSo sorry to hear about Gary's job stuff. It is the BBC who are losing out! I truly hope something will turn up.
ReplyDeleteHugs to you both.
Dxxxxx
The TT races are certainly a national event here.
ReplyDeleteLb,
ReplyDeleteNo other TV Company? I have seen the TT On cable. Looks too dangerous for me. Kudos!
I'm not a big motorcycle race fan, but I am always fascinated how low the drivers take themselves on turns...oooh.
ReplyDeleteRe: your q what kids here do at Christmas, it's just that they've already rec'd presents (from him) on New Year's and on Serbian Christmas on the 7th, there are special traditions (stay tuned!) one respects within the home.
No prizes for this letter. I am so sorry to read below of your partner's job loss. It is happening here in Bath too. I appreciate there is not another job like his on the island unless you know someone. The BBC should scrap rubbish tv programs and use that money for his salary. I'll email them and tell them too.
ReplyDeleteBest to you both.
Great photo.
ReplyDeleteThe TT must be a somewhat mixed blessing for residents of the island.
Best wishes for something to turn up for Gary.
I hate the BBC. Mr Barker is really clever. I like your photos.
ReplyDeleteI do hope that Gary will soon get work! It's awful to lose a job let alone at a time of economical crises. Thanks for your visit.
ReplyDeleteEmail sent. Best of luck. Word is out.
ReplyDeleteAn interesting T post! I do hope things will look up for you and your partner very soon.
ReplyDeletePerfect T......What else but TT.....Great picture as well.
ReplyDeleteVrrrroooooom! What a great shot mid-zoom.
ReplyDeleteVery interesting! First heard about them from Mrs Nesbitt!
ReplyDeleteWonderful photo and TOPIC for the letter T on ABC Wednesday.
ReplyDeleteBear((( )))
Hi there!
ReplyDeleteLove your island,
just received my hubby's Christmas
presents from Duke's :-)
If you are ever up at windy corner, check a post up there for a small brass plaque, we put it there just a few year's ago it was long over due....
Somehow T couldn't stand for anything else on your blog!
ReplyDeleteJust read through some of your other posts and I'm touched that you found time to visit when you're world's turning upside down.
ReplyDeleteMy husband's gone through redundancy 3 times and each time something far better has just been round the corner. I do hope the same happens for your corner of the world.
