Blogger is being a pain so I have to just leave you with this rinkie dink image today.
The text is just not being posted right and I'm working and no time to mess about with it.
This week was my one year blog anniversary. Thank you again.
Other images to compare perspective.
Wish you were here

Great shot!
ReplyDeleteWonderful pic - shame that blogger wouldn't play nice!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful, as always.
ReplyDeleteBlogger's always giving me headaches.
Is it your blog's anniversary or a wedding anniversary?
Have a great weekend!
The sky looks angry.
ReplyDeleteI usually get blogger issues - especially with the spacing of paragraphs and have to stick in asterisks the same colour as my background to make things look ok.
ReplyDeleteGreat picture! I would say it wasn't going to come to rain for a while.
ah but a wonderful pic it is...guess will have to wait til tomorrow for one of your amazing stories of the isle.
ReplyDeleteHappy Anniversary!!! Sorry for your blogging issues. Your picture makes up for your lack of cheerfulness, but then again, your lack of cheerfulness lends an amusing note to your text! For your sake hope that problem clears up soon!
ReplyDeleteCongrats on the Anniversary, great photo as always.
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend!

Louise, yes that made sense and it has been noted my issues amuse people.
ReplyDeleteAh, Babooshka, you always manage to make my day whether with your beautiful photos or your super sense of humor. Sorry you're having blog problems, I've had some, too. They seem to be gone for now -- but who knows???? It's a lovely Sky Watch shot regardless and I look forward to the next installment. And Happy Anniversary!
ReplyDeleteI've just got issues! Haven't posted yet so not sure about blogger issues, though it is always acting like a naughty little boy!
ReplyDeleteGreat skywatch photo. I bet purple rain is a nice change :)
I like the perspective of the pier. And the great sky too, of course!
ReplyDeleteVery pretty, Babs. No, blue clouds rain clear blue water. Most of it falls in the ocean, you can see the blue color there.
ReplyDeleteCongrats on your first anniversary blogging. I had my third in December. I have delisted my Jim's Little Blog (3-yr plus) but still post on it. Until we finish our travels in May I will only use the Jim's Little Photo and Poem Place (2-yr plus).
I don't have any water in my post but do have a couple of older cars. :-)
..
Lovely puffy clouds above the lighthouse!
ReplyDeleteCONGRATS on the anniversary! You have given us many wonderful posts and I know that will continue.
Pass the JD and we'll toast to your accomplishment!

ReplyDeleteTissues and issues. No worries. Happy day.
ReplyDeleteI like it! Happy anniversary and happy SkyWatch!
ReplyDeleteRinky Dink shot? You've got to be kidding me! Sorry Blogger's giving you grief on your Bloggoversary! Go have a couple of JDs and you'll get over it!
ReplyDeleteBe careful with the JD's or you might miss another day !
ReplyDeleteI do not know if they give purple rain, but it will be close. Great view of that large sky.
ReplyDeleteLovely view with the pier a lighthouse.
Erwin.
Those clouds just hanging around there look like they are about to drop at any moment.
ReplyDeleteDo you take an image then see the music or do you fit the image around the music? Very clever and creative, but Captain Pluton is mega.
ReplyDeleteBlogger, Grrrrrrr'
ReplyDeleteGreat photo. Makes me want to be there with the sea breeze blowing.
V
I love the platform on the side, it'd be a cool place to be there. The cloud show is also something. I wonder if there is purple rain.
ReplyDeleteBTW, blogger is having outage 4pm PDT 2/25 and 2/26.
Happy Blogosary!
Shaun-Image first. Here's a trade secret but don't tell anyone else shhh! I only decide on the post just before I start writing, so a title will pop into my head. Maybe it's divine inspiration. It works so I leave it that way.
ReplyDeleteV- Yoy can bring the FB wine.

ReplyDeleteWith dial-up I never know if problems are blogger or not. Tonight with high winds I could get bumped off at any time. The trailer is rocking.

ReplyDeletePurple Rain? I think I saw it in a movie once so it must be.
ReplyDeleteGreetings Babooshka. Purple rain would be fun to see. Sounds like a great opening line to a children's story. Perhaps this great photo could grace the cover!!!

ReplyDeleteI am so sorry that I missed the Ist anniversay of your excellent blog... well done for keeping it up and putting up with us commenting.. :O)
Here to the next year.
Tom
Purple rain. Sure would like to see that. Sometimes if I have problems with blogger then I find using firefox rather than windows resolves the problem.
ReplyDeleteWonderful image!
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend!
Terrofic as always. Happy 0ne year.
ReplyDeleteHappy Anniversary. Here's a JD.
ReplyDeleteLL
Blue sky, blue clouds and blue sea. Beautiful to look at. Happy anniversary.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations and your blue sky is just beautiful and the perspective is very deep too.
ReplyDeleteBlogger and me we defenitly don't like each other. Until I find something better I use Windows Live Writer. Thanks for stopping by and have a nice weekend!
so beautiful photo :)
ReplyDeletehave a nice weekend!
No but purple skies has blue rain. MB
ReplyDeleteWhat a sky ! and I love these light houses ! reminds me my holidays in Eastbourne !
ReplyDeleteI don't care which color the rain has, I just wish it wouldn't rain !
We are too spoiled with it here in Belgium.
Oh I just hate it when Blogger gets in a mood. But I love this photo! The subtle threat of the clouds, the sweeping curve of the ... curvy thing at the lower right and the two... what are those anyway? Even embiggened I couldn't tell. Look like pint sized lighthouses or something. anyway, they keep you engaged. And you know I'm always captivated by large expanses of water reaching the horizon.
ReplyDeleteBut purple rain? If I ever see that, I may have to check in somewhere.
congratulations! looks like heavy downpour ahead, although its marvelous just looking at the clouds :D
ReplyDeleteSuch a beautiful scenery. Good work. Thanks for visiting my blog. Have a nice weekend..
ReplyDeleteLovely skywatch!

ReplyDeleteCongratulations with your blogging birthday.
I hope Blogger wil be ok soon, so you can enjoy your weekend.
Wonderful sky!Great blog!
ReplyDeleteKind Regards
Léia :-)
You have the best eye for composition and I just love this shot!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful shot! Blogger was acting up yesterday afternoon. I think maybe it had something to do with their scheduled outage for maintenance.
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad you are enjoying the lessons in my blog... knowledge is safety! I love your rinkie dink image. The clouds are so interesting...
ReplyDeleteBeautiful blue sky, but looks like heavy downpour is ahead. Great shot, love the perspective. Happy Blogiversary! Congrats =)

ReplyDeleteCongratulations on your blogaversary!!!
That is such a gorgeous shot!
ReplyDeleteHappy blog anniversary!
I don't know what rinkie dink means but I find the photo very pretty. Happy anniversary to your blog!
ReplyDeleteBabooshka: What a neat look at the clouds over the break wall. You captuered it with a great view.
ReplyDeletewow, so much blue!
ReplyDeleteAs always a well catured and composed image.
ReplyDeleteHave a nice weekend.
Any one image you take is worth looking at, no matter what Blogger is doing :-) The sky makes the lighthouse look so small for the work it must do! I hate it when Blogger won't format the way I want. I waste so much time taking out blank spaces and getting it set right and then it only stays that way if I do a scheduled post.
ReplyDeleteI've never seen it rain cats and dogs yet. Maybe if it did, I'd get to see some white dog poo again!
ReplyDeleteHappy Blogiversary.
ReplyDeleteYeah, blogger's been a bit of a pain for me lately, too.
That sky looks so out of porportion to the land. Magnificent.
Happy anniblogaversary! You're doing a fabulous job. Pictures and text are an inspiration to me and I'm sure many others. There was a note saying that Blogger was going to have an outage on Thursday at 4pm PDT - maybe that was the problem? Thanks for taking the time to visit my blog - hope you enjoyed the JD!
ReplyDeleteHappy blogiversary! Congrats...your photos have brought a lot of "ohhs" and "ahhs" to other bloggers around the world. Today's SWF is another great scene. Love those clouds...and the water...
ReplyDeleteOh so beautiful with the stillness of the sea surmounted by those great dynamic clouds.
ReplyDeleteSorry about your blogger issues. I have trouble sometimes, too. However, these issues didn't hinder the viewing of an awesome photo. Thanks for stopping by monasterydailyphoto.
ReplyDeleteI see blue sky and clouds, now I wonder what was the outcome. :-) Very pretty photo!
ReplyDeleteThere is clouds of Cream and Purple Rain from the clouds. Dolphins swim in that sea. The Most Beautiful Girl In The World snapped the photo. She was wearing Diamonds And Pearls. Blogger was behaving badly which is just a Sign O´The Times.
ReplyDeleteAll that if it´s a Prince-y world out there and today it must be.
breathtaking image!!
ReplyDeleteNot a clue about weather-y things, but I know a lovely sky when I see it!
ReplyDeleteMuch Blogger pain here, especially in accessing other sites.
Happy anniversary!
Happy Blogiversary too!
ReplyDeleteI'd love to see the purple rain. I've had minimal issues with blogger.. Maybe.. with new templates. But I work on a Mac and at work on a pc. Windows doesn't format or upload images as well.. some of it is impacted by network security but the formatting is always off.
Norwood
Lovely brooding clouds :)
ReplyDeleteInteresting question ... marvelous capture!
